Find papers

Browse new arXiv papers or explore conference publications.

1. Open arXiv or Conferences from the sidebar.
2. Choose a date range, research area, or conference. Search by keyword and refine with Advanced search.
3. Expand View abstract in the list, or use Open paper to read the original.

Natural-language conditions require an available AI connection. Author affiliations are shown only when supplied by the source.

Organize your library

Keep papers, folders, and notes together.

1. Select Save on a paper you want to keep.
2. Open Library to organize saved papers into folders.
3. Open a paper to review its details and add notes.

Sign in to keep your library associated with your account.

Start a project

Give a research question its own workspace.

1. Open Projects and select New project. Add a project brief and research question.
2. Add starting references in Seed papers, then set Search terms in Settings.
3. Use Discover to find related work and build the project Reading list.

Project tools appear after you open a project.

Update research context

Build a reviewed summary for project AI tasks.

1. In a project, open Overview → Research context → Update context.
2. Select the overview, papers, notes, or documents to use, then generate a draft.
3. Review the draft and its sources. Select Apply context to use it in supported project AI tasks.

Requires an available AI connection and project edit access. Selected content is sent to the configured AI provider. A draft is not active until you apply it.

Connect local files

Reference files on the computer you are using.

1. Open a project’s Files tab and connect a file or folder.
2. Select Check files to check access and detect changes. Relink files if they have moved.
3. For AI context updates, explicitly select the individual files you want to include.

Connections are specific to this browser and device. Checking files does not upload their contents. Selected files used for AI are sent for processing; uploaded project documents are stored separately.

Collaborate

Share a project with the people working on it.

1. As the project owner, open Settings → Collaborators.
2. Enter a collaborator’s Google email and choose Viewer or Editor.
3. Create an invite link and send it to that person.

Requires Google sign-in. Collaborators on other computers need access to the same hosted installation; a localhost link only works on your computer.

Read research blogs

Browse research updates alongside papers.

1. Open Blogs from the sidebar.
2. Browse the available posts and sources.
3. Follow a post’s link to read it on the original website.

Personalize your workspace

Set your research interests and account preferences.

1. Open My page and sign in with Google.
2. Customize your research topics and quick filters.
3. Review appearance and AI connection settings for your account.

AI features depend on the configured connection and access permissions.
